DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Taking down old u/s copper /Aluminium point wiring (Light ,fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Surface type with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non metallic PVC surface Caping casing /conduit 20 mm or higher dia, ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with screws, cup washers complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light point/ fan/ exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

(b)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on the same board complete all as specified and directed.

(c)one socket outlet three pin 5 amps control by one switch on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

(d) One light point controlled by two, two way switch of 5/6 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(e) One bell point point controlled by one bell push switch of 5/6 Amps on same board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 above but with 2.5 Sq mm cable (FRLS) for one 15 Amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of 1x25 watt LED security light fitting , pressure die-cast aluminium including fixing the same of GI pipe 25 mm dia bore light grade bracket, 1.5 mtr long including necessary cutting / bending /welding and fixed the same with two Nos FI clamps of 40x 4mm duly painted and suitable size of nut & bolts etc and making electric connection with two core copper flexible wire of 0.50 Sqmm complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair round surcace mounting LED panel with luminaire 6/8W, with aluminum housing plastic diffuser complete including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Decorative wall Light fixture made up of polycarbonate, suitable for retrofit LED 9 W (spiral B-22 Base) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair recess mounting LED 2x2 luminaire 36W,6500K slim ceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete and including taking down old fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of LED Integrated Batten T5 box type surface mouted, 18/20 W prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting and including taking down old fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 5 of MES schedule 1991 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in repair for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x4 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn including PVC conduit along with 4 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in repair for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn including PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with onesingle pole MCB of 20 amp all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair of MCB DB sheet metal enclosure for DB, TPN, 4 way having protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, 440 volts, double door, including grauting suitable for housing MCB's and isolators, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of fresh air fan, single phase 230/240 V OF size 250 mm sweep 1400 RPM with suitable louvers and making connections with twisted copper flexible wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: old material will be deopsite to E/M store yard.

Supply and fixing steel body exhust fan AC single phase 230/240V OF size 300 mm sweep with louvrs complete all as specified and directed. Note: old material will be deopsite to E/M store yard.
