Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 33 KV,630A,25kA/1s, Outdoor(IP54) type non-extensible 3-way Ring Main Unit floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 3 nos. fixed Motorized Load Break Switch having basic insulation level 70KV(RMS) and 170KV (Peak). All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU should be enclosed in a tank , sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The Unit shall be tested with Short time Fault Current Rating of 25kA for 1 sec. The complete unit should be type tested for internal arc of 25KA of 1 sec with AFLR classification. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.RMU should be complete with all accessories such as touch proof Termination kits suitable for maximum 1Rx3Cx300sqmm Cable (shall be deceided during detailed engineering) ;VPIS; FPI in all the feeder, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694 . 230VAC supply shall be provided at site by purchaser. OEM shall provide necessary arrangement of Battery Charger with 24 volt DC minimum 26AH capacity inside the RMU to convert this 230VAC into control voltage 24V DC for spring charge mechanism as per OEM's RMU design.Supply of Touchproof termination kits as per above cable size and its termination at site shall be in RMU OEM Scope only to avoid any commissioning errors.Also,supervision of commissioning of this RMU shall be in RMU OEM Scope to avoid any hassles and ensure smooth charging of the RMU.

Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screen PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with strandard aluminium conductor 33 KV grade of size 3 core 300 sqmm complete.

Supply, Laying Galvanised pipe, light grade 150 mm dia for cable protection complete.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including copper strip earth lead 20*3 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in earth pit chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. copper strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.
