Detail survey of site with total station including plane table survey of builtup area showing road level, boundary walls, Infrastructural Elements such as Electrical poles, Street Lights, Transformer units, Swittches, Postboxes, Overhead electrical/telecom lines, Trafic booths etc, adjacent building /plot details, set back, other existing structures (temporary or permanent), sewer lines & septic tank, Railwaylines, Water bodies such as Nallah etc to be demarcated. Demarcation of Parking zones. Exesting location of Vendors, Kiosks, Public Toilets, Garbage collection points, dustbins and other temporary movable/inmovable relevant structures. Servilance /Traffic Signals, Zebra Crossing, Bus Stop Auto Stand Hordings, Singnages, Exesting location of Trees, Parks, Green Strips etc. as Clear hights of flyover underspaces may be required depending upon the site conditions/ topography of the area including printout on required size paper in three copies & one soft copy of approved media Rate per Hect.
