OD172075/2022-2023:Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Lay in Perforated ceiling System consisting of 600x600mm Lay in tiles of pre coated 0.5 mm thickness in white colour to be laid on Armstrong grid systems with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, Fire Performance A2-s1.d0 in module size of 600 X 600 mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 50%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 14 Kgs/M2. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 .

9.121:Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

9.122.1:Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Glas Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS : 14856, including fixing to frames.

9.84:Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width form 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
