Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid system of grid size 600 X 600 mm fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 2 mm dia GI wire comprising of the Main Tee 28x24x3mm thick, Cross Tee 28x24x3mm thick and Wall angle 24x24x3mm thick sections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 mm thick Everest designer ceiling (E-board classic) board / tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose, 595 X 595 mm size fixed with staples on GI/Aluminium snap grid as in ceiling with and including dusting of surface and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick decorative PVC Sheet hollow (design approved by GE) for insulation and acoustic purpose on wall/ceiling surface, screw to timber frame work for levelling of wall as reqd, including with panelling to vertical surfaces, fixed with rawl plug and screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 600 mm x 450 mm beveled edge mirror of selected quality glass 5.5mm thick mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood & fixed with wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and washer and aluminum beading complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, Aluminum die cast body door closer hydrau lically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repairs of 20mm dia harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed.
