Labour charges for providing Data entry Operator under skilled category for a period of one year including paid leaves of 15 days per employee per year with weekly off ( 365 days in a year+ 15 days paid leaves=380 days) with per day labour charges Rs. 495.63/- Therefore this comes out as (495.63*380*6=1130036.40 then 13% EPF & 3.25% ESIC as per rules so the yearly labour comes out to Rs. 1313667.31/-.
