Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exc 0.18 but n.exc 0.38 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous creamic, unglazed, set jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoliton brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches , pillars etc and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour brick with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) for exceeding half brick walls complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on walls / Ceiling etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down to water including scaffolding with huge heights complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The work shall be executed at a height 8 to 15mtr and the contractor has to provide scaffolding etc wherever necessary. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the same.and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including scaffolding with huge heights complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The work shall be executed at a height 8 to 15mtr and the contractor has to provide scaffolding etc., wherever necessary. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included for the same.
