Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete including dismanteling of existing tiles/slab of any discription any type and sub base of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying of precast cement concrete solid concrete block, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagate) confirming to IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 of 45/30 cm high, 10 cm thick and of suitable width including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc as in kerb continuous edging jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and struck flush pointing as the work proceeds and finishing with neat cement flush joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) mixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of red colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheets of any descriptions as existing on site complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of PVC false ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5mm (+ 0.25) thick plain embossed PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, used as panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium T-section of sizes 1" x 1" (25 mm x 25 mm, 1 mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2' x 2' (600 mm x 600 mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and G.I. wire / 4mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on the side wall with the use of aliminium L- Section of size 1"X1" (25mmX25mm, 1mm thick) Angles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - In- Charge, Manufacturer's specification and drawing including taking down existing ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab etc ant thickness including cover fillets of any description complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the taking down any electrical board, fittings etc effected for removing and refixing after repair work includes making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, solid PVC wall paneling/ lining PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with and including 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame as per specification and directed including taking down of existing wall lining, board or insulation board including cover fillets of any type and thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - (i) Material manufacture test certificate should be provided before execution of work. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the taking down any electrical board, fittings etc effected for removing and refixing after repair work includes making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7 to 8mm thick) as in vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 finished rough surface to receive tiles including dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite stone of black shade work (table rubbed, polished & moulding), as in floors, cooking platforms and like bedded with and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointed with white with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing, rounding and moulding of stone slabs on edges, including dismantling of existing stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pattern as approved, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed, including dismantling of floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Design/pattern shall be as approved by GE before execution of work)

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick ( size of each stone in single piece, laid on vertical surfaces of skirting/dado, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish) including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 500 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete including dismantling/ taking out of old water tank & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from existing water storage tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank including cleaning from mouths of circulating pipes, to entire satisfaction of Engr-in–charge complete all as specified and directed. (The rates includes for disconnecting of existing water tank, lowering if required and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning ) NOTE : - (I)The whole process of disconnecting, reconnecting and refixing in same position after cleaning shall be done on the same day, if failing so, Rs. 100/- shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due. (II) A separate register to be maintained by contractor for cleaning and occupant signature with date to be obtain in it and also date of cleaning incorportated on tank
