BOQ ( Sch 'A') B/R items Cleaning of blocked / chocked sewer / sewage line of any description (SGSW / RCC / CI Pipe) of 100mm / 150mm / 200mm dia and any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete sewer line from manhole to manhole or from cleaning eye to next manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage up to manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from P trap of WC complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from traps of kitchen/bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage up to gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap and disposing off complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)., as in Slab supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balconies,complete all as specified.

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Use and waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork/stone boulder masonery built in cement or cement lime mortar and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for bricks work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old seviceable bricks retreived from item No 13 shall be reused)

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC 1:3:6 ,type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for manholes cesspits, shafts etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but exc 1.50m in depth and not exc 3.00m in depth

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling , watering and levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) of internal dia 150mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
