Spot maintenance work of 5 MVA Power Transformer at 33/11 KV Substation Bansi Gramin in O and M head 2023-24

Dismantling P.T. radiator,bushing and removing P.T. job from the tank by removing the top cover,removing oil from the tank and cleaning oil sludge from the bottem of the tank, cleaning of P.T. job and heating in a temporary heat chamber and achieving the required meager value,centrifuging of oil and putting P.T. job into the tank and oil top-up.again centrifuging oil to achieve desired BDV, fitting all radiators,replacement gasket,fixing of oil leakage, fixing top cover and H.V. and L.V. bushing, replacement of O.T.I. and W.T.I. and silica gel breather, testing restoration of all connection and earthing to make P.T. healthy. Above work should be done with all saftey precution, all materials required for above job will be provided by contractor except T/F oil.
