Transporation of rotary Rig alongwith allied accessores etc. complete including errection and levelling at site through all kinds of roads, approaches fields etc. in all leads, lifts upto site of work complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Earth work in foundation for digging tubewell in all kinds of soil including dewatering sloring struting from ground level upto 5 metres including disposing excavated soil in all leads,lifts complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge 0 to 5 mtrs.

Drilling of bore as per specifications laid down in IS 2800-1991 (Part-I) with upto date ammendments (if any) with Roatry rig starting with 650-600 mm dia M.S. pipe reduded to 450-400 mm dia MS pipe conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) in all kinds of soils boulder rocks collepsible strata saturated so as artesian conditions including the cost of all consumbales stores water fuel lubicants and other accessories etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 5 to 30 metres below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) of suitable sizes as mentioned above from30 to 60 metres below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 60 to 90 metres below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 90 to 125 metres below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Drilling and lowering of MS casing pipes conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) of suitable sizes as mentioned above from 125 to 165 metres below ground level with all leads and lifts.

Collection, preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and locking arrangement till balancing over of the tube well to the department, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and lowering of IS marked Electric Resistance welded MS pipe 200mm dia nominal size housing, 6.4mm thick having outside dia metre 219.1mm screwed end socketted, conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments (if any) about 4metres to 7 mtrs.in length welded without any circumfrential joints, into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, poles, clamps embedded in foundtion etc, including cost of all cutting threading and welding of pipes etc, within all leads, lifts complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer Inchaege.

Providing and fixing and lowering of L.S. marked electric residrance welded(ERW) pipe of 200mm dia nominal size housing 6.4 mm thick as per IS 8110-2000 with slot size 75x1.57mm with upto date ammendments , if any and specification as per ISI complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing M.S. Centralized guides at suitable spacing for each tubewell as per IS 226-1991 with uptodata ammendments , if any, within all leads, lifts 1x4Nos complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Supplying , lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200mm /300mm dia metrer with "U" hocks as per IS 2800-1991 with upto date ammendments if any , whtin all leads, lifts complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole, as required, within all leads, and lifts complete in all respects, as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and packing of gravel consisting of hard quartz or other suitable materail, with an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat or elangated pieces shall be of sub founded to rounded grains with mininimum angular features of size 2-2.35 mm, shall be free from impurities such as shafe, shale, mica, felspar, clay , sand, dirt , loam hamatite and organic materials as per IS 4097-1967 with upto date ammendments, if any around intake of tubewell with minimum thickness of should around screen generally 100mm to the entire depth of the bore as per IS 2800 (part-I) 1991 with upto date ammendments, if any,with in all leads, lifts complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer Incharge.

Development of tubewell by back washing method, with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity , pumping pipe of 200mm size and air line of minimum 65mm size or with other suitable method, till the well is throughtly developed as per clause 4.2 of IS 111.89 : 1985 with upto date ammendments , if any complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Development of tube well by continuous over pumping method with VT pumps/ submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the compressor method/ design discharge, untill the well is sand free as per IS 11189-1985 with uptodate ammendements, if any complete in all respects as per diection of the Engineer Incharge. The draw down and dischage to the established by running the VT/ submersibloe pump continuously for 8 hours in the presence of office not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.

Testing of verticality of the tubewell as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (part-II) 1979 with uptodate ammendments, if any, using kplumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the insiee diameter of the well casing . The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix A of IS 2800 (part-II) -1979 with upto data ammendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respects as direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Dismentalling of rigs or other allied accessories after completion of job within all leads, lifts complete in all respects as per diection of the Engineer Incharge.

Handing over of the tubwell in complete shape as per appendix B of the clause 7 of IS 2800 (part-II) 1979 with upto date ammendments, ifany, as appended with the tender documents in laminated form in tripicate, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.
