State Plan 2025-26-Replacement of 170 Hp stand by Pump to Jathikkamala OHSR

OD96380/2024-2025:Design, Supply , erection, testing, Trial run and commissioning of CF pump set with the following specification - 1. Pump - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make centrifugal pump sets with Bronze/SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable types base plate with coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts and nuts etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation including cost of material etc. complete. as per CEA regulation 2010 and present code of practice for an an individual discharge of 95 LPS against a total head of 90 M including 1 as stand by including cost of all required protection equipment with an efficiency not less than 70%, Suction head ? positive suction, (Total head to be ensured by the contractor) 2. Motor - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working on 3 phase 50 Hz Ac supply, working voltage 415V(select suitable), 1500rpm. The motor shall confirm to Latest IE standards including providing suitable concrete foundation, including cost of materials etc. complete for 415V motors digital motor protection. Relay shall be included in starter as per present IE rules. . Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling of pumps and motors 3. Starter - Supply erection testing and commissioning of suitable rating (Fully automatic starter with air break contact for less than 100 HP and for above 100 HP FCMA starter to be used) . Here soft starter to be provided. Starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, overload relay with motor protection relay with main contactor and bye pass contactor as per IE rules and code of practice etc complete 4. Panel board - Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type wall mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. suitable capacity motor protection MCCB as incomer and and No of suitable capacity MCCB as outgoing providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar to interconnect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator lamps,1 no. volt meter with selector switch ,1 no. Ammeter with selector switch for measuring current in each phase etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation. 5. Cabling work - Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE copper cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation for a total length of 10 M. 6. Earthing - Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe /plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards. 7. Capacitor - Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power factor above 0.95. Capacitor should be connected to external contactor, and the capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834 8.Valves and Pressure gauges ? Supply, Erection and commissioning of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged Sluice Valve electrical actuator (capable of operating in Fully, Semiautomatic modes and also in manual mode), Non Return Valve and Pressure Gauges with suitable Pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support. In case of positive suction pipes set sluice valve should be in suction as well as delivery sides for easy repair works. 9. Suction and delivery pipe connection - Supply and fitting of suitable size best quality MS pipe of shell thickness not less than 10 mm for a total of 10 m. suitable for the above pump set and suitable size foot valve and connecting the suction pipe and valve with suitable flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet etc complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect the pumping main. If the dia of suction pipe is above 80 mm CI pipes and specials shall be provided. Efficiency of pumpset shall not be less than 70 %. The guarantee period is minimum two years with full replacement of above mentioned units . As per the order no. 9710/ae 15/2021/kwa dtd 8-2-2023

OD96488/2024-2025:Dismantling of pump set : Disconnecting the power supply, dismantling the electric cable connections, earthing and the flange joints of delivery connection etc. and setting the chain block for lifting pump set. Lifting the motor using chain and pulley block and placing in floor at convenient place. Dismantling the discharge head and lifting the pump set including the column pipes, bowl assembly, line shafts etc. one by one from well carefully as per the direction of the department officers

OD96489/2024-2025: Arranging and placing lifting equipments:Conveying chain pully block and other tools by head load to pump house including loading, unloading and hire charges of mini lorry

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4.3.2:Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Retaining walls, return walls, (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

5.22.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
