Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 250 KWp Roof Top Solar Plant at Trichy Airport on new substation, STP including preparation and submission of as built drawing/design solar plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of mono perc / mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/ GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required and as per specification of tender document. a)Supply of solar photo voltaic module of each module capacity shall not be less than 380 Wp, manufactured in India, conforming to IS14286/IEC 61215,IS/IEC 61730-(Part-I & II), IS/IEC 61701 and PV module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 19 % at STC. PV modules used in solar power plants/systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years inline with tender specification as required. b)Supply of Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 415 V AC, three phase,4 wire, 50Hz+/-2.5Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessoriesetc.as required. e) Lightning and surge voltage protection f) Connections & Inter connections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor1.1kVgrade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/ conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required.
Supply of 3.5CX300 Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor underground power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required
Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. Mm
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm
Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall/ surface as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 X 300 Sqmm (70mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
Operation of roof top Solar plant including associated equipments as per the scope of work in line with tender specification etc as required.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of 250kWp Roof top Solar plant as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified (the response time in case of breakdown shall not be more than 8 hours). (Note: 1. Warranty period for PCU/ inverter is 05 years 2. Warranty period for solar PV module is 10 years and the same shall be taken in to consideration while quoting the rate for AICMC)
