Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto any lead and lift disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed pick jumper work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil dewatering and removal of slush and other incidentials lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the ede of excavation and then retuming the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of al surplus excavated earthwithin all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point One five millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty x Thirty x five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting etc. for all height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto any thickness.

ii) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor

iii)Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm. wide.

iv)Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttress, plinth and strinig courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: six sand: twelve graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring, shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement:Four sand:Eight graded stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : One point five sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size and curinig complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i)Wall (any thickness but not less than any thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor all level

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (Twenty millimeter ) (average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(One cement: Three sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm (Twenty millimeter ) thick within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Coloured glazed tiles 6mm(Six millimeter) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12mm (Twelve millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) and jointed with cement slurry within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm(Twenty millimetre ) Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(Eighty millimetre ) in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement : Three sand ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equalized on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
