Undertaking Preliminary alignment reading between engine Gear box.

Undertake preservation including blanking of degutted system lines.

Degutting of compartment (Pipelines, electrical cables etc).

Removal of engine coupling, breaking of chock fasting.

Removal of old engine out of place & lifting out of ship.

Engine foundation preparation for fitment of new engine in place.

Fabrication and provisioning of Engine Stand for lowering new engine.

Visual Inspection of the new engine for any external damages/ Completeness of the components fitted on the engines.

Lowering of new engine.

Alignment of coupling with gearbox and chock fasting on new engine.

Regutting of system pipelines electrical cables and soft patch. (All consumable such as Gaskets, Joints, O-rings etc to be catered by the firm).

HATs and SATs of the new engine.
