Carefully removal of cracks/damaged concrete floor from the temple platform by using tools and throwing the debris outside of monument premises upto 2 km lead by way of tractor trolley including all labours, loading and unloading, transportation etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Earthwork excavation for base of flooring in all sorts of soil including throwing away the excavated earth outside of monument premises including all labours, etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Laying of bed lime concrete for flooring and wall using 50% lime mortar 1:1 (1 lime, 1 sand) mixed with brick aggregate of size 20mm including compacting, finishing, cost of all materials, labours etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Constructing 12cms thick Dhangadhara stone flooring smooth and plain dressed match with existing set in LSS (1:1:1) ( 1 part lime, 1 part sand, 1 part surkhi) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, methi etc including pointing, curing cost of all materials, labours etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Laying of 75mm-90mm size random rubble stone soiling/consolidation for plinth protected of the outer periphery of temple platform using LSS (1:1½:1½) (1 part lime, 1½ sand, 1½ surkhi) mortar including compacting, finishing, curing with cost of all materials, labours, transportation etc all complete as directed by site in-charge.

Constructing 30cm thick dharangdhra stone wall smooth and plain dressed to match with existing set in LSS (1:1:1) ( 1 part lime, 1 part sand, 1 part surkhi) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, methi etc including pointing, curing, cost of all materials, labours etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Applying lime plaster over the wall using LSS (1:1.5:1.5) ( 1 lime, 1.5 sand, 1.5 surkhi) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, methi etc including cost of all materials, labours, curing etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Racking out the damaged pointing and carefully applying fresh lime pointing in the joints of stone masonry of the using LSS (1:1:1) (1 lime, 1 sand, 1 surkhi) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, methi etc including cost of all materials, labours, curing etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Making, supplying and fixing of stone benches of size 6’.3” long x 2’.0” wide x 1’.3” high using sand stones from Dhangadhara quarry including cost of materials, labours for cutting, dressing, moulding, carving, fixing and transportation upto monument etc all complete as per the approved design supplied by architect and as directed by site in-charge.

Making, supplying and fixing of stone dustbins of size 2’.0” x 2’.0” x 3’.4” high using sand stone from dharangdhra quarry and 18 gauge stainless steel bin of grade 316 for waste collection including cost of all materials, labours for cutting, dressing, moulding, carving, fixing and transportation up to monument etc all complete as per the approved design supplied by the architect and as directed by site in-charge.
