REPAIR / MAINT OF HIGHMAST LIGHTS, POST TOP LANTERN, PERIMETER LIGHTS INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF CORRODED CABLE JUNCTION BOXES, REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE TIMER SWITCHES, FEEDER PILLAR BOXES FOR SECURITY LIGHT AND REPLACEMENT OF CONNECTED LT UG C

Taking down carefully gear mechanism comprising of gear box, stainless steel rope ,Jubli clamp ,lever for lifting and lowering for high mast light 6/9 fittings from 15 meter long high mast and taking up after replacement unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Light fitting shall be measured seperately under respective items.

Supply and fix in repair 200W LED flood light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP Lens cover, IP66 protection and system efficacy should be greater than 120 Lumen per watt. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection device and 10 KV surge protection device in luminare. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 here in before but except brick and -ditto-. Note: Serviceable brick shall be reused obtained from item No 3.00.

Taking down / out unserviceable LT UG Cables of size 16 sqmm 4 core and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and / or fixing with walls / poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
