OD23509/2023-2024 Providing and fixing of ACP cladding/ACP box using aluminium extruded sections of size 25.4x25.4x1.2mm(0.308kg/m) box frame for fixing 3mm thick FR grade aluminum composite panel (0.25mm aluminium coil thickness) of approved make and colour including stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant etc. The ACP shall be securaly fixing the basic frame work to the properly designed structurals with adequate anchor fastners. Fischer/Hilti make nuts and bolts,screws etc as per technical specifications and drawings.

OD23510/2023-2024 od299532/2021_2022 : Providing and fixing FRP/PVC moulded type door frame and shutters from extruded PVC sections 53mm x 60mm having multichamber cross section with a maximum wall thickness 2.8mm + 0.3mm duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at corners and welded. A tie rod to be provided at bottom. Necessary weather seals shall also be provided, including lock keys, door stopper, handles and necessary items complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
