Providing and Fixing of Main /Wicket gate of GI Pipe of 'C' Class Heavy duty 'TATA /JINDAL 'Brand as per drawing of specified size/ shape/Qty including proper finishing of welding joints, including one coat of anti corrosive primer coat & Two Coat of Synthetc Enamal paints of Asian/Berger brand including transporting and fixing of main/wicket gate in position (in line and level)of cement concrete 1:1:2 (1cement : 1 river sand: 2 coarse aggregate (12 mm down chips)), in pillar, curing as directed by engineer – in – charge. Cost of supply of all labours,materials, tools & plants, curing, scaffoldings and all others charges etc. complete as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation(for All kind of soil ) by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means including Back filling & getting out and disposal of excess excavated earth etc complete including cost of all labours,tools,plants ,lead,lift,transportation and all other charges etc. complete as per Instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying base P.C.C in CC 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4coarse river sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal down size) for concrete work (excluding shuttering) including mixing,laying,compacting,levelling,curing etc.,all as per standard specification and as required,including cost of all materials,tools & plants,labours,lead & lifts and all other charges etc complete.

Demolishing of RCC work manually/mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for all heights including the cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,tools ,plants,transportation (including lead & lift) from site etc complete. as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing of Cement Concrete manually/mechanical means including disposal of material with in 50 metres as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for all heights including the cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,tools ,plants,transportation (including lead & lift) from site etc complete.

Demolishing of Masonry work in Cement Mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within in a lead of 50 metres or more including the cost of all labours,materials,tools & plants,lead & lift,transportation etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Bella stone masonry (for foundation/plinth/wall etc)walls/partetions in cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement:5 river (bhugao)sand) for Compound Wall etc for all heights with approved size,shape,thicknes of (A1)1rst quality of bella stone, as per drawing & as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of supply of all labours,materials tools& plants ,scafolding,lead & lift,transportation,curing and all other charges etc.complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Plastering/Patch Plaster the exposed surface of Masonry/Concrete(including removing of damaged plaster) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine (bhugavo) river sand ) of 15 mm tk or more (neat finish if required) in one layer including making rough the smooth surface( and level the old& new surface),all as directed and (including making of patta,groove,rain drip wherever required )all as per standard specification,including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants,scaffolding,transporation, curing etc.as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 70mm (Avg) thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse river(bhugao) sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) work on the wall for coping up to floor two level including mixing,laying, compacting, finishing, levelling (with proper slope) curing.etc. all as per standard specifications and as directed including cost of all materials,labours, tools & plants, scaffoding and all other charges etc.complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse river sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal down size) RCC works for foundation,slabs /lintle/chajja '/band /wall(any thickness /raft etc up to floor two level including mixing laying,compacting,vibrating,levelling,curing, etc.all as per standard speciffication and as required including cost of all materials,tools & plants, labours , transportation(lead & lifts),scaffolding and all other charges etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and shuttering.

Providing ,Supplying,Straightening,cutting,bending,binding and placing in position tested torr steel reinforcement/TMT bars of Grade Fe 500D of approved quality (TATA TISCON/SAIL/VIZAG)as per drawings and specification & as directed for all heights including supply of all labours,tools,materials(binding wire ,nails) etc.complete.( for staff qtrs ) etc.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for all heights including supply of all materials( binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants,transportation,(lead& lift)scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete for all heights as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Fixing broken glass Toping(panes) in uniform pattern on top of existing compound wall after plaster of 20 mm or more in 1:6 (1 cement:6 river sand) for fixing glass panes(with proper finish) after removing of existing paint and hacking the top surface(before plaster) top of compound wall including curing supply of all labours,materials,scaffolding,transportation ,tools,& plants and all other charges etc complete as per instruction& direction by the Engineer-In-Charge

Applying Two or more coats of SE paint including one coat of primer (anticorrosive as per requirement) over Gate and Wicket Gate surfaces of approved brand(Asian/Berger/Dulux-1rst quality) and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface(like loose paint ,rust,mortar draps etc) at all heights including all labours,,materials,scaffolding,tools & plants ,transportation and all safety measures etc complete.as per the instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying Two or more coats of weather coat Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved brand & colour of top (1rst)quality (BERGER(Anti dust)/ASIAN(Apex Ultima)) on New/Old wall surface( including coat of primer new surface) at all heights to give an even shade ,all as per standard specification and as directed including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps ,loose paint and other foreign matter including the cost of all labour,materials,scafolding,tools & plants,transportaion (including lead & lift) etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Fixing Departmental Name Board of approved size & shape in Trilingual with logo in Granite stone with border including the cost all labour,materials,tools&plants,transportation etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
