Carryout detailed digitalized route survey for sewer line showing all existing ground feature buildings carriage way foot path, drains, man holes, valves pits, storm water drain GI/CI lines on ground, trees, electric and telephone poles, nallah and their inverted levels etc height of pylons ,overhead water tank etc, taking X- levels of every 0.5 mtrs distance in whole R.O.W fixing of B.M marking them on ground with points as required :- Appx Area of Land = 923.00 Acre

(a) Design of S.T.P of Capacity as required and Designing the sewer network/line based on the data collecated like density of population (Appx 7000), calculation of load of sewage, slope of ground in various pocket /Area as mention various phases including supply of 10 sets of final drawings with AUTO CAD with supporting details and drawing complete all as specified & directed.

(b) Design of wells, flushing tank on proposed central sewage scheme complete all as specified & directed.

(c) Preparation of Models of S.T.P on Scale 1:2000 by plastic material complete all as specified & directed.

(d) Developing power point presentation of complete central sewage system including sewage network,process of sewage treatment, location of STP, uses of treated water complete all as specified & directed.

(e) Preparation and submission and uploading of B.O.Q of the scheme complete all as specified & directed.

Determination of soil bearing capacity with mechanical SPT on appx 10 Nos of locations of Sump cum Pump room and STP upto 10 m Depth from ground level and refusal @ 1.5M interval upto 10M depth including collection and Testing of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples i.e field density, moisture content grain size distribution, index properties, consolidated test, unconfined compressive strength, Trixial/shear test for etc. Location of points will be given by AGE(I) Raiwala complete all as specified & directed.

Submission of soil report as per relevent IS duly vetted by IIT/NIT in hard and soft copy incl supply of 5 sets of report complete all as specified & directed.

Supply of 5 sets of coloured drgs of survey and sewage network duly vetted by IIT/NITalong with CD and pendrive on a suitable scale on A0 size. Coloured sheet complete all as specified & directed.

Supply of 5 sets of structural drgs duly vetted by IIT/NIT alongwith CD/Rom Drive on suitable scales and picturing on Auto CAD complete all as specified & directed.

Determination of harmful chemical such as chorides and sulphates in soil samples as per requirements of IS- 456-2000 incl supply of 5 sets of report complete all as specified & directed.

Recommendation fo the foundation based on above SBC results from each location for points to be confirmed by AGE(I) Raiwala incl supply of 5 sets of report complete all as specified & directed.

Vetting of Complete Sewage network design including capacity of STP design and the design of STP Flow network from the IITs/NITs only incl supply of 5 sets of report complete all as specified & directed.

Vetting of Structural design and drawings duly vetted by IIT/NIT for the Sump cum pump room, Main whole and STP tank and Storage tank incl supply of 5 sets of report complete all as specified & directed.

STP bore hole testing shall be carried out during rainy season complete all as specified & directed.

STAT file must be submitted complete all as specified & directed.

Treated water must be use for aboriculture and in golf ground through GI pipe line and pumps complete all as specified & directed.

Cost analysis of sewage system complete all as specified & directed.

Contouring, surveying, site leveling data to be done as per guidelines given in CPHEEO manul complete all as specified & directed.

Single line digram showing the level and intermediate activities involving upto STP complete all as specified & directed.

Submission of videography and photography of work along with above reports complete all as specified & directed.

Devloping and presentation of complete central sewage system including walk in through (for STP only), digital presentation using latest software of 05 minutes duration complete all as specified & directed.

To carry out works as mentioned in tender documents complete all as specified & directed.

S&F precast RCC pillar of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 750 mm duly reinforced with 04 nos, 10mm dia TMT bars vertical and 8 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm C/C. Top duly finished with extra cement and bench mark engraved with reference. Bench mark shall be finished with two coats synthetic enamel paint for future reference (Bench mark shall be less than 30 Nos) complete all as specified & directed.

The consultant will prepare proposal for M&O for STP for the period of 5 years including system of operation & nos of oprator/technical staff required for its operation complete all as specified & directed.
