General Notes Note 1:-The quoted rate of all the items of BOQ shall include the cost of clearing of bushes/vegetations in the site as required. Note 2:- The fencing catered under the subject tender for different plots.One of the plot is not accessible for trucks . Earthern road of 1.2m to 2m width is only available for approx,150m.Other two sites have good accessibility.. Note 3:-The tenderer shall visit the site of work before quoting the tender to understand the site conditions and NO claim whatsover shall be entertained at a later stage Note 4:-Since the site is a low lying area ,dewatering is required at certain locations for placing foundation of fencing post.The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and no claim whatsoever is admissible in this regard at a later date.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out and removal of spoil n exc 50 mtr in soft and loose soil including dewatering complete all as specified and as directed..

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and e exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil including dewatering , getting out and removal of spoil n exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material in soil exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level in exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 40mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in post hole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M 30 design Mix (20mm grade stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M 30 design mix (20mm grade stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft beams for rough finished surface flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillers, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface flat complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for TMT steels bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.12 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strrups, spacers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc : flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-209 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end secrewed the other, or screwed the both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 11 to 15mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing (Mesh 50mmX50mm size) nominal dia of wire 3mm (including PVC coating )fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts complete all as specified as directed. Note:-Nuts ,bolts etc shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia in strengthening of chain link fencing including making necessary hooks and inserting in fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as in gates including pintel hinges, locking arrangments con-forming to Fe-209, Gde E-16 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick in CM 1:4 finished even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered cement surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface n exc 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of steel any description exc 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelling in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 mm 20mm grade aggregate as in bands in between fencing posts including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out and removal spoil to a distance n exc 250m in mud/sub merged area including dewatering and clearing the bushes/vegetation

S&F MS angle iron post in water logged area to a height of 3.6m(approx) out of which 1.5m(approx) below water all as specified and directed. Note:- The height of each post may vary as per site condition..No separate PCC foundation is required for fixing post under this items. The post shall be directly inserted in soil/clay by mechanical means
