Amount

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise described and removing the demolished material outside MOD land/depositing at locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description as directed.

Dismantling galvanised mild steel barbed wire complete all as specified.

Brick work built in cement mortar (1:6) with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 6.00 above but except bricks. (Note :- Serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused in the work after cleaning)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (Ist coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofting compound ) on concrete/brick surface of walls and surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound for 2nd coat shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under respective items of this BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in bands, copings, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and use of necessary formwork where required complete all as specified & directed.

S&F galvanised punched tape concertina coil of 600mm coil dia or any oher coil dia size any type of strands rails etc including provision of mild steel (annealed) binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed wih 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and stranining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per srl item No 12.00 above but in restraining, resecuring including making good

M&L for mild steel angle iron or other steel sections as in gates, ladder, cooler stand, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crumple joint in RCC walls by filling with filler board including covering with 1mm thick aluminium strip 150mnm wide fixing with PVC rawl plug and screws @ 1.00m centre to centre in zig zag both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preapration of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preapration of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un- plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or coloured) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un- plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or coloured) complete all as specified.
