Note: 1. Rates for Item No. 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 & 20.4 are fixed and bidders are not allowed to quote for these items. 2. Bidders are allowed to quote only in item no 30.0 to 70.0 3. For Item no 30.0, Bidders have to quote % on total amount for fixed items (item 20.1 to 20.4). For example: If bidder quoted % is 5, quoted amount will be 721544/100* 5= Rs. 36077.15/-

Providing services & assistance on day to day basis for Item no. 20.1, 20.2, 20.3 & 20.4 Note: (1)The services shall be provided normally between 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs on prompt basis, as and when required on all working days. However, in compelling situation, work may be required to be carried out beyond the timings specified above including on Sundays Holidays at no additional cost. (2) Services shall include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, transportation, consumables (3) No enhancement of rates shall be made during execution of contract on any pretext like increase of wages of workers deployed by contractor etc. (4) GST shall be paid extra, at the current applicable rates. if the GST rates are increased or decreased by central government then new altered rates shall be payable with effect from the date of publication of notification in the gazette. Also contractor shall have to give GST invoice with GST registration number printed on the invoice to enable IOCL to avail GST credit "EA" means "Manday"

Sorting/stapling/ making sets and delivery of papers/ documents at designated points at diferent points of Administration building at WRPL Viramgam as and when required (Rate for this item is fixed & bidders are not allowed to quote for this item ) (Quantity: 312 EA X Rate: Rs. 578.16 = Amount: Rs. 180385.92)

Cleaning of office furnitures for example: tables, chairs, Sofa sets, Visitor chairs, cupboards, book cabinets, record cabinets/ Almirah, PC (CPU, UPS), Monitors, UPS, Keyboards etc for keeping and maintaining official records in good condition & Cleaning of Notice boards, White board, Display boards, Signage etc. (Rate for this item is fixed & bidders are not allowed to quote for this item ) (Quantity: 312 EA X Rate: Rs. 578.16 = Amount: Rs. 180385.92)

Surcharge in providing non-biddable items (Items from 20.1 to 20.4, which are based upon minimum wages) including service, supervision charge, contractor profit etc.. Bidder to quote the surcharge in (0-14)% range only. Quoted surcharge other than this range shall make the offer liable to rejection

Washing and cleaning complete toilet block and maintaining the same in good hygienic condition by supplying and providing air fresheners such as Odonil napthaline balls, Phenole, vim powder etc. using good approved quality of washing materials including cleaning of all accessories and phenol within the bathroom.The rate is on per day basis. Having two/ three urinals, one/ two WC, two/ three Wash basins, including floor and floor traps etc.

Mopping of floors of offices ,toilets, control rooms, electrical substations etc. with soap solution or ordinary water with wet cloth after sweeping the floor with phooll broom removing cob-webs with all tools ,tackles, labour & materials etc. complete as per directions of engineer -in-charge.

Sweeping roads,paths, playground,garden, removing tree leaves, etc. disposing off the garbage and other foreign materials outside the colony area designated by Municipality. "EA"shall mean "100 SQM"

Removing stains, paint, washing & cleaning the window and ventilators' glass panel from both the sides with cleaning powder, paint remover as per requirement, all labour,materials etc complete. (Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "Per Glass Pane".)
