PROVIDING OUTSOURCED MANPOWER FOR UGD MAINTENANCE IN ZONE -1 OF CITY CORPORATION VIJAYAPURA

Providing of Manpower Services Mandating Satisfactorily completion as a prime contractor/Supplier for at least one Similar UGD Maintenance work to an Extant of atleast 50% of any Manpower Supplied of the work (Issued by any other Government Departments for last any 3 Years.) (Workdone certificate shall be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or tender inviting authority)

Certificate of Firm Registration

Certificate of Registered Agency under Labour Department of Karnataka.

Bidder Should achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 240.00 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last five years. (i.e. from 2020-21 to 2024-25), Turnover certificate shall be issued from CA (Charted Accountant), Turnover Certificate with to Profit & loss statement with IT return documents should have valid UDIN.

The bidder should upload documents pertaining to payment done to the manpower/employees through RTGS in any one year for (i.e, 50% of the manpower asked shall be Certified from The Bank or Bank RTGS statement) & RTGS Statement certified by concerned bank

The bidder should upload valid ESI and EPF registration documents.

The bidder should upload Line of Credit of Rs.36.00 Lakhs issued from nationalized bank (unconditional)

GST Registration and its Validity, PAN Card, Address.

Self-declaration Affidavit stating that the firm is not Blacklisted on a Rs 100.00 stamp paper.

The Bidder should upload letter of consent to enter into tripartite agreement between. 1. Successful bidder, 2. City Corporation and 3. The bank authorized by corporation (Format of consent shall be as per Annexure-B)
