Supply of 8 mtr.HT HOT DIP Galvanised Octogonal pole with bottom dia 135 mm A/F, top dia 70 mm. A/F, thickness of 4.0 mm HT sheet and base plate of size 225 x 225 x 16 mm including 1500 mm. long Sword type Single ARM BRACKET made up of 48.3 mm OD GI pipe including 4 nos. M20 X 700 long "J" type EN- 8 grade foundation bolts along with template (Material Spec. as per BSEN 10025 grade S355J0).This includes anti theft locking arrangement & loop box cover as directed by EIC. Erection of hot dip galvanised Octagonal poles 8 Mtr including making R.C.C. foundation [as per drawing & design enclosed] including earth work in excavation of foundation pit, making R.C.C. foundation and also including supply of all materials e.g. cable entry pipes, anchoring bolts and nuts, washers, sand, cement, coarse aggregate, reinforcement rods etc. and refilling of pit, duly rammed and finished complete as per direction of and up to satisfaction of E.I.C. This includes 3 mm net cementing.

Earthing with 1 no.of G.I. earth spike [20 mm dia X 1.5 mtr long] driven into the ground up to 2mtr, drawing earth line with separate 4 SWG G.I. wires providing 15mm dia G.I. pipe protection 1 mtr. from earth spike Feeder Box/Junction Box,/ poles and fixing to the same by suitable nuts & bolts all complete as per directioon of EIC.

Supply and delivery of LED street light fitting with pressure dia cast alluminium housing with IP-66 and IK not less than 08, conforming SMD 250 watt, lumen output (delivered lumen) >125 lumen / watt with BIS mark filled silicon potted driver, in built tilting arrangement upto 15 degree, supply voltage 140V - 270V, driver compatible with open voltage, short circuit, open circuit, sustain 440V for 15 min, 1 KV for 1 min, surge protection 10 KV, LM 79 & LM 80 report from NABL Lab, Make of LED lumileds, OSRAM, CREE. All LED must be high power LED (not less than 3 Watt individually) with ceramic package & heat pod minimum view angle of LED shall not be less than 125. Fixing of LED light fitting with 250 watt,on the top of the pole and also supply, delivery and fixing the loop box on the pole including Bakelite sheet (400 mm x 125 mm X 8mm), 4 way terminal 150 amps, Brass earth terminal, 150 amps Brass earth terminal 15 amps Fuse base and carrier including commissioning the same.

Supply and delivery 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated stranded Alumunium conductor galvanised steel armoured cable of the following sizes. (Make : Havells / Polycab / Gloster). 4 core X 16 sq. mm.

Laying of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated stranded Alumunium conductor galvanised steel armoured cable of the following sizes in the under ground trench having 460mm wide X 760 mm. average depth with 8 nos. of brick protection per meter on the top of the cable including excavation of earth in cutting trenches filling space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. I ) 4 core X 16 sq mm

Laying of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated stranded alumunium conductor through microtunneling / pole / pipe / pillar boxes of the following sizes cables. I ) 4 core X 16 sq mm

Supply and drawing of 3 core 1.5 sq.mm unarmoured copper flexible cable. (Make- Polycab/Havells / Gloster)

Micro tunneling including supply of HDPE pipe 40 mm dia as per appropriate specification in single length for each individual tunnel.
