Agency/supplier should be attached GST is complusory. GST including the comidity of Supply. Upload the 3B of last 3 months is complsory

Profit and loss account and balance sheet and total value of materials supply. Achieved any two financial years as equal or more than the schedule amount in the past 5 years FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 Auditors report for following years. Pofit and loss account should duly signed by CA Menctioned UDIN compulsory.
