RequiredEach and every page of the tender documents submitted/uploaded in e-procurement portal shall be signed by the authorized signatory of the concerned tenderer.

RequiredPMC shall have following technical staff on its establishment or as associated staff with the firm. 1.Architectural Engineers 2.Soil Mechanics Engineers 3.Public Health Engineers
RequiredThe applicant should have good track record and should not have been black listed /banned for participation in tenders issued by any entity, government / semi-government organization in India/other countries as on date of submission of EOI.
RequiredThe Average annual turnover of the company should be Rs.25.00 Lakhs or more for 2 years during the last 5 financial years i.e. 2020-21 to 2025-2026. Furnish copy of the Annual Report or Balance sheet, Profit & loss Account and schedules in support of turnover. The tenderer shall submit the copy of Income Tax Return filed with the Income Tax Authorities for the last 5 Financial Years viz., 2020-21 to 2025-2026.
RequiredThe consultant shall have resource persons in their office in each of the discipline of process, and experience of having successfully assisted the customer to prepare request for proposal, its evaluation and order placement as well as implement contracts for Preparation of DPR,TOR,Design,Engineering,Estimates and CONSULTANT at least one project in Central or State Government organizations MNC of minimum worth Rupees. 2.50 Crores sanctioned cost. Curriculum Vitae of -refer eligibility criteria.
RequiredThe consultant should have Carried out Consultancy service and including CONSULTANT for buildings for at least one project during last three 3 years. Documentary proof Work done/ completion certificate in the form of client certificate shall be submitted along with the bid. The tenderer should submit the proof of same nature of work Work done/ completion certificate valued Rs.2.50 Crore or more at least in any one of the last 5 financial years i.e., 2020-21 to 2025-2026.
RequiredThe consultant should have worked in similar or any other projects. Documentary proof of having rendered Consultancy services and CONSULTANT at least one project in Central or State Government organizations/MNC for such organizations shall be produced along with the bid. For preparation of Plans, Design, Drawings related to Civil, Electrical, Water supply and Plumbing works and CONSULTANT etc.
RequiredThe Project Management Consultant firm shall compulsorily have following technical personnel in its establishment. 1.Structural Engineers 2.Senior Civil Engineers 3.Electrical Engineers 4.Field Engineer civil PMC who do not have the above technical persons in its establishment need not apply and such tender will be rejected.
RequiredThe tenderer should be a either Proprietorship or Partnership Firm or Private Limited Company or Public Limited Company/ firm having its registered in Council of Architect India. Furnish the copy of certificate Incorporation or partnership deed or Registration copy with the appropriate authorities in support of the name of organization.
RequiredThe tenderer should produce the copy of Permanent Account Number PAN and GST issued by the Income Tax Authorities.
