Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces of any description, in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of ceiling of any description, in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe-290 (Gde-E- 250), including welding or rivetting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI Metal Suspended Ceiling System at all heights of Perforated with Fleece 600x600x0.5mm TEGULAR EDGE TILES in global white Powder Coated with 60-70 Micron front coating laid on 24mm wide Tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the Main Runner, 600 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 100%, with Light Reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit . Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals.The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module(24X38X0.3mm).Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), including PVC clips to hod the ceiling tile including taking down of old ceiling of any descriptions as existing and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debries to distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick ( size of each stone not less than 55cm x 55cm), laid in flooring, over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut, kota stone slab, 16-18mm thick, laid on vertical surface/skirting /dado/pillars over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on brick work or concrete surfaces and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring/path finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing selviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.38 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick, laid in floor over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, printed glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 300mmx450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting, dado, riser to steps etc. over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, laid in floor, over and including cement screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete rubber moulded, coloured (except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks in milano shape, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25mm thick rammed bedding layer of sand over 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded aggregates, as in roof kerbs or mud stops, padding, rounded or chamfered on edges as in roof, including formwork finish even and fine complete all as specified and as directed.

Marble work 16-18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) black marble slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like set and jointed with neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frame) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish including removal of serviceable/unserviceable material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm for doors, 1mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25mm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 4 Nos 100 mm butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling as in back of chowkhats, 2 Nos 12 mm dia tie bars at the bottom of frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessaty' labours; articles not exceeding 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, elc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of steel window box type, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 of HQ CE Chandigarh Zone as applicable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings and one shop coat of zinc chromate primer . The pattern of grill shall be all as shown on drawing (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) The drawings may be referred from GE office or from this office during working hours.

Supply and fixing of 300 mm long aluminum anodised sliding door bolt, ISI marked, with hasp, staple (bolt type) complete with clamps bolt not less than 16mm dia and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm long, aluminium handle, cast type, anodized, ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

NON ACCESSIBLE ROOF TREATEMENTS : APP TREATMENT WITH BRICK/PCC TILES:-Material and labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP(atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated, five layer, weight not less than 3.60 kg/Sqm, water proofing membrane, black finish, reinforced with non woven polyster matt, make as approved, with termofusable finish laid by force aopplication after applying a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25' C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the end, ceiling including a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg per Sqm below APP and two coats of water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top of laid APP surfaces including preparation of surface over and including 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in levelling course etc., including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc. and brushing the surface with neat cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre including taking down of all brick tiles with tar felt and mud phuska if any and removal from site and cleaning the surface with water complete all as specified and directed. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under :- (i) The layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice all as per manufacture's instuctions (ii) Joint strength in logitudinal and transverse direction at 23'Cat 650/450 N/5 cms (iii) Tear strength in logitudinal and transverse 150'C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147)(iv) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only. Note:- The contractor will carry out ponding test after application of APP treatment before claiming payment.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of MS powder coated conduit 1.6mm thick decorative curtain rod, 25mm dia, and fixing with decorative brackets 2 Nos for each cut length, stop rollers and finials at the end for each length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, stainless steel sink with draining board, made out of 1mm thick sheet of Grade SS 304 for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915mmx460mm with bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm including waste pipe and waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins etc. with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of water storage tank of 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, cylindrical, vertical with closed top and FDA approved, 100% UA stabilized, rust proof, ISI marked, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, ISI marked, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore including taking down of old tank as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tank shall be white colour and make of tank shall be engraved on the tank.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 15mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall whereever required and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing, ISI Marked, 20mm bore, `medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall whereever required and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing , including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stop valves, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs bib taps, chromium plated, 15mm bore, long body, fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or union and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.575 Kg

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork, with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces of any description, in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars Fe 500/550 D, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, tube light fittings with all accessories etc., and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and removal of materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH, 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ ceiling and including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH, 1100 Volts grade stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with and including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal confirming to IS-5139 (Pt-I) of 1969 and IS: 14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including new 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25mm over sunken box all around for housing the switches, socket outlet, fan regulator etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/ fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Switch, socket, lamp holder, ceiling rose and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately. (ii) PVC Conduit shall conform to IS 9537 part I & III. (iii) All chases will be cut by chase cutter only.(iv) The concealed conduits and MS boxes shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before making good the surfaces by plastering and other finishes.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, 6 sqmm, drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, 25 mm dia, concealed on wall or ceiling, with accessories with and including one additional 6 sqmm, PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRSLH, green colour for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Three runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of concealed conduct shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Cutting of chases in the wall of appropriate size shall be carried out with electric cutter machine. (iii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering/white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the quoted rate.

Note- (i) Three runs of 2.5 sqmm cable and one run of concealed conduct shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Cutting of chases in the wall of appropriate size shall be carried out with electric cutter machine. (iii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering/white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying of UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core, 35 Sqmm and laying in trenches and testing after laying and taking down of old cable from trench as existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting/dismantling old unserviceable earthing and material and labour for new earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm GI wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire and thimbles protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in pit, RCC cover slab 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm dia TMT bars @10cm c/c both way with one 8mm dia bar as handle for lifting, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire wesh, charcoal or coke & salt in alternate layers, etc.all as indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The new earthing shall be provided adjecent to old earthing site on the locations as directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for taking down of wall/ceiling/exhaust fan, of any sweep, type and make, cleaning and servicing of wall/ceiling/exhaust fans, of any sweep, type and make and spray painting including filling cavities with filler with one coat of white duco paint after cleaning all dust and assembling back, writing MES No with black colour permanent marker etc and refixing the fan in its original position or at other places as required including hanging and connecting up with and including provision of three core flexible cable 23/ 0.0076 size from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of light grade, GI tubing, of size 40mm dia, for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road/floor, 30cm in width and 30 cm in depth, for laying/passing of cable in pipe and making good, the disturbed surfaces to the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

COMMON ITEMS FOR B/R AND E/M WORKS Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, foundation, drains etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, in soil, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil/materials to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
