M & L for Fan hook made of MS flat iron 32x5mm thick made to shape as per existing Wooden/MS truss including provn of 02 Nos nut bolts and washer of required size to hold the ceiling fan at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling blades ans transporting to E/M store yard, painting of exdaust fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by syraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after servicing including provision of 3 core 23/0.0064 size, copper wire complete all ass specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level top edge of the earth plate ar a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layer and electrode connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts abd washer, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 20 mm bore ( light grade) connected to man switch board or any other electical equipment all as shown un electical plate N0 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth wok in any type of soil, 20 mm bore meduim garde Gi pipe for watreing, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) ( chamber size not less than 300x300x300mm interier diamentions, type C-1 chamber , RCC ( 1:2:4), type B-1, reinfirced with 6 mm dia Ms round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc. complete all as specified.
