Disconnecting the existing water pipe line of 100 mm to 150 mm in size from sluice valve/NRV/or any other machineries and taking out the same from valve chamber and material and labour for reconnecting, relaying, rejointing of existing water pipe line in same manner (rejointing with sluice valve/NRV/or any other machineries) from 60cm above the ground level (distance between bottom of sluice valve /NRV and ground level not less the 60cm). Shape of relaying of water pipe line with existing sluice valve / NRV shall be "Inverse U type" (Lenght of new water pipe line shall not be less than 75 cm in vertical side from ground level in each side and not less than 100 cm in horizontal side including sluice valve) Rate of all items i.e. any type of joints (flanged / socketed/tyton rubber ring/ D joint etc), welding or lead joint including all type of required fittings such as socket/union/tail peice/ bend by cutting /threading/welding as required at site shall be included in quoted rate ot this item. Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Digital water level indicator device, operating on single phase supply, direct display in 100mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of sumps/over head tank. The entire unit must operate through a compact circuit, which must ensure reliable operation at 230 volts +/- 5% with reliable in dight display. The circuit must be housed in MS CRC sheet box with nylon molded conncetion strips. The level system must resistance transducer, which unaffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water. The product must be controlled by micro switch. The whole unit must electronically controlled and the upper level and lower indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO SWITCH. The complete unit must be in two parts . Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC sheet box separately one must be installed at SUMP / OVER HEAD TANK with proper power coating paints. The unit shall have High and Low alarm to be set according to requirement based on levels indicated. It should be possible to calibrate the Indicator to display in percentage or liters, centimeters as required and taking out old unserviceable. Make SECO Cat No DDS-04/PHOTRON. Note : (i) Any material like service wire required at site deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) If overhead tank does not have any provision for climbing on overhead tank than contractor is fully responsible to fix the water level indicator on overhead tank in any situation with own arangement in replacement.

Supply and laying connecting testing in repair PVC insulated sheathed aluminium conductor standard cable of size 4 sqrmm twin core flat or circular 1100 volt grade service connection suspended by insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm dia GI suspension wire in replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for restoration of water supply by identifying and rectifying the water supply leakage repair work, at any location, in any type of leakage i.e. 15mm/ 20mm/25mm dia pipes of GI/ MS with any type of joints i.e. flanged, socketed,welding joint, including required fittings such as socket/ union/ long screw/ nipple, by cutting/ threading as required at site and as directed. Earth work (if required) will be measured in the quoted rate of this item. Note : (i) Any material required for leak repair deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Any length of pipe required shall be paid sepertately under relevant item.

Material and labour for resoration of water supply by identifying and rectifying the water supply leakage repair work, at any location, in any type of leakage i.e. 300 mm dia pipe line of CI/ GI/DI/MS with any type of joints i.e. flanged, socketed, tyton rubber ring, D Joint, welding or lead joint including required fittings such as socket/ union/ long screw/ nipple, and clamp with nut bolt required size by cutting/ threading as required at site , chocking of lead with spun yarn or providing new gasket / rubber ring/ nut bolts/ required welding work as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Earth work (if required) will be measured in the quoted rate of this item. If water is continue flowing in that water pipe line at the location of leakage, the contractor is fully responsible to arrest the water leakage in that situation also in all respect. Note : (i) Any material required for leak repair deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Any length of pipe required shall be paid sepertately under relevant item.
