1	Disconnecting the existing submersible pump set from electric supply from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, removing and lifting out submersible pump set of any description and capacity & in any position, alongwith existing column pipe of any size and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well ( up to 450 feet depth of pump set from GL) and staking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well . All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.	6	Each Job	-	-
2	Supply and fix in replacement ERW MS column pipe,100 mm Dia, 3 mtr long 'C' Class heavy duty, conforming to IS:4270:2001, thickness not less than 5.4mm, both end flanged with heavy duty MS flanged not less than 16mm welded inside and outside. having 06 no. predrilled holes including rubber gasket, nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed. Note: The flange shall have 06 No. Predrilled Holes and grooves to accomodate submersible cables. Lathe work required for drilling hole as per existing to be done by contractor without any extra cost.	540	RM	-	-
3	Lowering of submersible pump set along with column pipes into the borewell of maximum depth upto 120 meters using suitable lifting arrangements, including proper alignment and positioning at required depth; jointing of MS Column pipes with approved couplings, and rubber washers to ensure leak-proof connections; fixing with necessary clamps, supports and safety arrangements, including connection at bore head with required fittings, complete with all labour, tools and incidental works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.	6	Each Job	-	-
