Supply fitting and placing MS bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses, 1002 1005 1010 & 1202 & as per MORD specification clauses 100 Sr No 12.8.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site up to lead of 1000M spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification clause 401.

WBM grading-3 providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bond macadum specification (53mm to 22.4 mm @ 0.91 cum per 10 sqm for compacted thickness of 100mm) including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 82-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber appling and brooming binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting ton the required density grading 3 as per technical specificatin clouse 405 by machanical means.

Prime coat low porocity - providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulision ( SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.70-1.00 kg /sqm using machanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Tack coat providing and laying tack coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified level a grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 510 Bitumen (S-90).

Premix carpet 20mm thick open graded premix carpet over tack coat using bitumen (VG 10) binder providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previsouly prepared base including mixing in a as suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type B as per technical specification clause 508 bitumen (S 90).

Seal coat providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using type B as per technical specification clause 510 bitumen (S-90) .

Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions (Zinc coated), of size 3mX1.0mX1.0m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120mm, mesh wire diameter 3mm, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2mm. (The work includes filling of boulders in gabions).(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Plum masonery in proportion of 1:3:7 cement sand & 40 mm gauge hard stone ballast in ratio of 60% lost 40% plum. with all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
