Providing comprehensive maintenance services (preventive & breakdown) of the high side of Central Air conditioning plant comprising of 3X250 TR ( Mc Quay make) water cooled screw chillers (Details as per Inventory) installed for A&B block of R.G. Bhawan including attending breakdown, check/repair/overhaul the Chiller equipments as per special condition of Contract. Job also includes to replace its worn out parts as recommended by OEM, replenishing refrigerant, testing & replacing of compressor oil as per manufactures recommendation etc as required and as specified in special conditions of contract. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Providing comprehensive maintenance services (preventive & breakdown) of the 3X250 TR Central Air conditioning plant (Except chillers) comprising of all machinery equipments including 300TR cooling towers(03Nos.) i/c fan gear box complete system, AHUs, L.T Panels, DDC Panels, control panel in AHU's, In line fans, FCU's, Boilers, Chiller (Pump and Motor- 03Nos. each) and condensor Pump and Motors (03Nos. each), Boilers (03Nos.), UVGI lamps ESP filters including controllers, prefilters, and other important installations of HVAC Plant including BMS system complete etc. installed in A.C plant room and A&B block of R.G. Bhawan. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Operation and Maintenance Contract of the 3X250 TR ( Mc Quay make) Central Air conditioning plant comprising of all machinery equipments cooling towers including fan-gear box complete system, AHUs, L.T Panels , In line fans, FCU's, Boilers (03Nos.), UVGI lamps ESP filters including controllers, prefilters, etc installed in A.C plant room and A&B block of R.G. Bhawan alongwith top up of required salts, resins or any other chemicals for water softening plant as required by providing the following Manpower as per special conditions of contract. Supervisor / Senior Electrician -01No.(Highly skilled) BMS operator - 01 No. (Highly skilled) Plant Operator/ Mechanic cum Electrician -02 Nos.(Skilled) Helper - 02Nos. (Un-skilled) NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Providing Comprehensive maintenance services (preventive & breakdown) of the Building Management System associated with Central Air conditioning plant of 3X250 TR installed for A&B block of R.G. Bhawan including attending breakdown, check/repair/overhaul the BMS System including CP IPC / CP Expio controllers at chiller plant and AHU rooms repectively. NOTE: This item will be read in conjunction with the SCOPE of the work and other conditions mentioned in SCC.

Repairing, conditioning and commissioning of existing water softner plant including supply and replacement of sand filter, resin filter of appropriate grade, multimedia, regeneration salt, all strainers, valves etc.. The agency shall replace the motor and gearbox for salt mixture drum.The job also includes replacement of valves alongwith fixtures and fittings as and where required upto the complete satisfaction of site incharge. After completion of this job the agency will provide test report of water as per special conditions of contract complete as per satisfaction of EIC.

Regeneration of Water softening plant installed for softening of water at R.G, bhawan for cooling tower (condenser circuit) of 3 x 250 TR & 3 x 225 TR screw type central A/C plant i/c Providing of commercial salt quantity on daily/alternate day or as per desired parameters of water for each regeneration, testing of hardness of water required for condenser water and submission of monthly water test reports from NABL Accredited Lab/ Govt. Authorised Lab as per special conditions of contract, complete etc as reqd at site & as per satisfaction of E-I-C.

Supply, filling & regeneration of acidic cation exchange resin,Na form suitable for the existing water softening plant which includes opening & boxing of vessel, removal & relaying of filter media,internal cleaning of plant,retightening & cleaning of strainer, submission of the test report as per site requirement as & when reqd. & direction of E-I-C. make: rohm and Hoss/ Bayer/Ion Exchange/Thermax or equivalent)

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in all respect as required at site..

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as and when required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser /chiller water pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes size 150mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia. And from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation as per specifications and as required complete in all respect at site. 'BUTTERFLY VALVE (MANUAL) with C I body SS disc/SG Iron disc, nitrile sheet & O - ring & PN 16 pressure rating as specified.

Replacement of existing old hot water generator with new of 150Kw Electric Hot water generator including fixing of supply and return pipes, valves, insulation,dismantling of the old hot water generator etc complete in all respect as required as per the directions of EIC.
