Dismantling wiremesh fencing of any type all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete fencing post of any size and section including taking out embedded portion from natural ground/ plain cement concrete and making good disturbed ground all as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 4 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3 m.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; not exceeding 10Sq.m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

All as per Serial item No. 6 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; not exceeding 10Sq.m on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) of grade M-30 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in columns, piers, posts and struts.

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) of grade M-30 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span. Note for item Nos 14 to 16: Reinforcement steel and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean raidus and built in Cement Mortar 1:6.

Rough finished formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, and similar work.

Fair finished formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions.

Fair finished formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams; lintels and also splays between floors and beams.

TMT HCR/ CRS bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per Serial item No. 21 here-in-before but 6 to 8mm dia.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even, without using extra cement.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., as directed. Note: (i) Each line of wire to be measured.

UPVC (SWR) pipe 50mm bore fixed in walls as in weep holes.

Hard core using broken stones or boulders of gauge exceeding 63mm and not exceeding 100mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearthed, built in Cement Mortar 1:6

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face of stone and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed brought upto courses for granite/ trap stone upto 40mm depression.

Keyed pointing to random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses using cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

Cast iron work grade FG 150 unmachined in gratings 150x150mm all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered/ riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; raillings; frame work of water tanks and swan neck fencing post over perimeter wall similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe- 290).

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks for fixing gratings all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use and waste of necessary formwork all as directed.

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling of dry aggregate of gauge n.exceeding 63mm in back side of weep holes.

M&L for filling of dry aggregate of gauge n.exceeding 40mm in back side of weep holes.

M&L for filling of dry aggregate of gauge n.exceeding 20mm in back side of weep holes.

Moorum/ red bajri filling in area, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed/ rolled including watering to required level and gradient.

M& L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for MS work as in fencing posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type n.exc 4 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standars, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of building wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for broomingdown plastered / unplastered surfaces of old work and preparing such surfaces spoiled by smoke/ oil/ alges/ rain water marks etc by scrubbing using steel wire brushes and washing with water

Removing excavated surplus soil / soft disintegrated rock to a distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5km and depositing where directed.
