Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The Roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed washed dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials and dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminious primer @100gm/Sqm as per manufactueres instruction. (c) On this primed surface the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm laid by torch applicatioon metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note : Obtain material though out to low lying area.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr , etc.

S & F for 10/12 mm thick toughened glass with etching fixed with necessary Ozone patch touch fittings including openable door chamfered edge polishing as in bathing cubical / partitions including all fitting and fixture as per manufasture instructions etccomplete all as specified

S & F in repair for aluminium powder coated partition using 'Jindal' aluminium SP/DP section or equivelent make as specified with 5mm thick tinted glass, PVC rubber beading, 12mm thick prelaminated partical board fixed with glazing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed, section SP (single partition) -20033, DP (double Partition)- 20034, glazing clips -4407
