S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other concering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door gfitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering , running rails and guides) and hanging , also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M&L for taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) 10mm thick cement plaster in concrete mortar (1:4) (b) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (c) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (d) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (e) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (f) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:- (i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd. (ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product. (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.

Taking down plaster from chajja/facia etc including dismantling of damaged concrete and repair the same with M-20 concrete on chajja ,applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately) and applying two coat of cement base paint with primer to match the existing,finished even and smooth using extra cement with out extra cost all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Sunken flooring treatment as per following details complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness incl W/C etc, removal of rubbish to a distance exc. 5KM but not exc.7.5KM. (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Providing and carrying out water proofing treatment to toilet ,sunken slabs ,wet areas etc,after proper surface prepration. (d) Carry out cementitious ingection grouting at leakage point using Cebex 100 plasticised expanding grouting admixture. (e) Application of polymer modified at slab wall junction using Nitoband SBR latex screed modifier cum bonding agent and application ot two coats of brushbond RFX two part acrylic polymer modified cementitious elastomeric waterproof and protective coating etc,complete including 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4). (f) All tools and plants as per manufacturer's specification paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 7 mm thick of approved colour as in verticle surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.

M&L for providing edge to moulding to 18-20mm thick marble stone any description including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish ect complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
