Excavation in foundation for Structure as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction shoring and bracing removal of Stumps and other deleterious and disposal upto lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottam and backfilling in trenches with excavated with excavated suitable material

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows: (1) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqmTreatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: 4. Treatment of soil along external perimter 7.5 liters/Sqm (5) Treatment of soil along external perimter 5 liters/Sqm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement 4 coarse sand (zone-III): 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (nominal size)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Class-150 (non moduler) Brick work in 1:6 cement & core sand mortar in foundation & plinth and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:6 cement & coarse sand) (230mm wall)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in Footing foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Binding wire cost being inluded in the item.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks. Ground Floor
