Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in repair trenches 80 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in repair trenches 50 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and jointing in trenches DI pipes 100 mm bore with socketed ends with EPDA/SBA rubber gasket joints centrifugally cast, class K-7, in any length laid in trenches or on floor complete including dismantling and taking up old cracked CI pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary DI fittings as required and Excavation / earth work etc; shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for construction of valve chamber in replacement 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm internal dimensions, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6), 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces including demolation/ dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit (Rate of demolation and removal of old unserviceble item is included in quoted rate) all as specified and directed at site.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 55-60mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR), type B as per IS 13592: 2013 single socketed soil waste pipes in any length with rubber ring joints, 75 mm dia, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.15 sqm, in skrting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering on brick/ stone/ concrete surfaces of of wall in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
