Following work is to be carried out for improving IR / Tan Delta values of winding of 20 MVA NGEF Make T/F at 132 KV S/S Pooranpur with all cost of men, material, Misc. Consumables, dry air plant with Operator, Normal and Special T&P, Transport Vehicle etc. required for satisfactory Completion of work, with all due care of safety & Precautions as per Technical specification and direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below :

Providing & Replacement of old Gaskets from different Parts (Top Cover, Bushings, Turrets radiators, pipe lines, inspection window, conservator MOG, PRV, Buchholz relay etc.) of the 20MVA Transformer (NGEF Make) The Scope of Work involves Removal of old Gaskets, Cleaning of Surfaces, Fabrication of Gaskets of Appropriate Sizes out of Gaskets of Thickness 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 mm of Konica / Torborze / Nu-cork make and Fixing of Gaskets at Proper Place with Adhesive along with other associated Works.

Complete evacuation of 20 MVA Transformer Main Tank and filling of dry air of dew point 50°C or better in vacuum and then pressure upto 0.25 kg/Cm2 and again evacuation of the Transformer tank after required time interval (Approx. 12 to 24 Hrs). The work shall include connecting pipes of machine as required, measuring dew point value of Dry Air during every cycle(1 Job is defined as complete cycle of evacuation, filling and maintaining of dry air in the T/F main tank), till the required value is achieved under supervision of Supervising Engineer

Complete Draining of the T/F Oil from the 20MVA Transformer into Oil Tank / Oil Drums and Stacking them at Proper Place and refilling of the T/F Oil from Oil Tank / Oil Drums into 20MVA T/F after dry cycled.
