PART-A (Fixed component - Not to be Quoted by the bidders and the same will be paid By TTD
Attending emergency breakdowns and preventive maintainance in 33/11 KV Substation structures, 33 KV HTOH Tower lines, AB Switch Structures with the Skilled ITI Electrician as per the time given by the department on all days with weekly off arrangement and duly ensuring minimum wages, EPF, ESI as per labour act. (On Work Contract Basis with 4 persons for a period of 10 Months).
Scope of Work : 1) The Skilled workmen should be attend for emergency breakdowns and regular maintenance of 33/11 KV Substation yard and its surroundings street lights etc. 2) The Skilled workmen should be attend quarterly for line patrolling along with the 33 KV HT OH line from GNC Substation to GG Dams Substation and 11 KV HT OH line from 33/11 KV Substation to all distribution substation in Tirumala. 3) The Skilled workmen should be attend monthly once for yard cleaning in the 33/11 KV Substation, GG dams and its surroundings, 4 pole structure points along with the HTOH lines etc.
NOTE: 1) The monthly duty list and muster roll to be submitted to this office for payment purpose. 2) The duty person should be wear uniform and ID cards as per instructions by TTD authority. 3) TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after their shifts are completed. It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises. 4) The price quoted shall be excluding of GST. 5) TTD shall be authorized to deduct any tax as applicable from the bidder
6) Deduction of all statutory and necessary tax from each bill will be made as per Government orders prevailing at the time of payment. Necessary tax deduction certificate will be issued on demand by the contractor. 7) The contractor shall ensure to pay minimum wages as fixed by the AP state government time to time with applicable EPF, ESI etc 8) The payment shall be made to the contractor on monthly basis through RTGS directly to the contractor who in turn make payments to workers through their Bank accounts 9) The following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment. a) Monthly b) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personnel through their bank accounts.
c) ESI payment challans of the preciding month where TTD has reimbursed the employeer contribution of ESI. d) EPF payment challans of the preciding month where TTD has reimbursed the employeer contribution. e) GST payment challans/invoice of the month / Quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable
(Open Tender) PART-B: SERVICE CHARGES to be offered by the bidder
Provision for service charges towards the deployment of labours and arranging payment of wages etc., complete for emergency breakdowns at 33/11 KV HT substation, GG dam park and 33 KV HTOH lines, Tirumala
Note: Service Charges for man power shall be minimum of Rs.500/- / month per person and maximum of 5% of the basic wages for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excess of 5% of basic wages or less than Rs.500/month will be rejected summarily. The tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work with satisfactory performance of the contract. Initially for one month, the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF,to the workers as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document and the same will be reimbursed by TTD vide board Resolution No.568 dt:26-02-2024. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also
Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid for wages more than ₹15,000/-, EPF @ 13.00% on Rs.15,000/- & ESI @ 3.25 % on ₹18,500/ shall be paid. Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented and the same will be reimbursed by TTD. TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises.The price quoted shall be excluding of GST.TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder
Note: The bidder should go through the conditions specified in Part-A scope of work 1) Evaluation Criteria: The tenders will be evaluated and finalized to the lowest offer of Schedule - B among the eligible bidders. 2) Agreement will be concluded to the lowest bidder of Service charges and fixed component of minimum wages as per Schedule-A in the document
NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
