SOFA SET OF 5 SEATER (3+1+1 ) :- Removing of old worn out tapestry cloth/long including existing cushions and replacing all cushions and covering with new tapestry cloth (the cost of tapestry should not be less that Rs.150 per meter) cushions shall be of size 20"x21" x100mm and approved quality of 32density for back and 40 density for seat, including French Polishing of all exposed wooden surface after all repairs etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge .

Removing the U/S ply wood supply and fix new ply wood of size 6'x3' of 12mm thick ply comm. Phenol bended of size as per drg supported by two Nos stiffeners made out of FIRST class H/W of size 40x60mm parallel to short rail and fixed the brackets.

Removing of U/s legs supply and fix new legs of size 50x50mm at rep and 30x30mm at bottom of first class H/W (T/W) of shape and size all as per drg

Removing the U/S long rails supply and fix new rail of size 35x90mm of FIRST class H/W.

S&F 4mm thick veneered phenol bended ply wood one side teak face on both sides of head rest of the bed and provision of 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as per drg.

S&F 4mm thick veneered phenol bended ply wood one side T/F on both sides of foot rest of the bed and provision of 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as per drg.

Replacement of two no's of shutters with 18/19mm pre-laminated particle board including butt hinges and knobs

Front rail of drawer table replaced with pre-laminated particle board on one side 18mm thick with teak wood edging 4mm thick

Bottom of drawer made out of 6mm thick ply wood commercial and fitted in drawer frame .

Knobs chromium plated 35mm with bolt and nut.

Back of side board with 6mm thick ply wood commercial as specified on drg.

Top and two sides of board with 12 mm thick ply wood teak finish.

Replacement of shutter with 18mm pre-laminated particle board on one side with 4mm thick teak wood edging duly polished and piano hinges screwed and new knob all as shown on drg.

Back of table writing replaced with 6mm thick ply wood commercial type all as specified and shown on drg.
