Supply & delivery of ISI marked 10 mm dia Nominal size with Leaded tin Bronze Ferrule conforming to IS: 2692:1989 consisting component of Body, Plug, Cap, Water Plate & Nut, Resilient Washer and Copper Washer for Water tap connection in each house hold from existing distribution system within Scheme jurisdiction in different Piped Water Supply within West Bengal and delivery will be made in Rajarhat/Kalyani stores under Resources Division for different Water supply Scheme situated under Birbhum Division.
Supply & delivery of Leaded tin Bronze Ferrule of Nominal Size 10mm dia. shall conform to IS: 2692: 1989 consisting component of Body, Plug, Cap, Water Plate & Nut, Resilient Washer and Copper Washer. Each ferrule shall be legibly marked with name of manufactures and nominal size. Screw threads should be ISO metric threads as per IS; 4218: 1976. The inlet and outlet connection shall have tapper threads conforming to IS: 554:1975 and every ferrule shall withstand a hydraulic pressure of at least 1.5 MPA, applied for two minutes and during this period it shall neither leak nor sweat. Each ferrule should have minimum weight for 400gms+/-3%( Incase of underweight the product will be rejected and for overweight no extra payment will be made) . Test certificate alongwith satisfactory TPI certificate must be produced to EIC at the time of delivery.
