Note : Only Rewinding of Fan motor shall be measured and paid separately in respective item and all other spares/items to make fan servicable are inclusive in quoted rate.

Repairs/servicing of Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan motor of any size cleaning and rewinding the motor by suitable gauge of super enameled copper winding wire,painting, testing and commissioning including necessary spares like bearings, bushes and capacitors complete all as specified and as directed.

Materal and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate elctrode 600x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried in ground not less than 2.25 mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground connected GI earth strip 32x6mm fixed by means of bolts,nuts ,check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron GI pipe 25 mm dia perforated and top edge including necessary excavation earth work etc and earh pit size 300 x 300 x 300 mm with PCC type C1 1:3:6 RCC cover slab with type B1, 1:2:3 as per SSR plate No.5 and testing on completion.

Material and labour for cutting existing road/PCC/drain for laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the exisitng surface with PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.
