Bella stone masonry in of approved quality A1 sand stone in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement 5 course sand) including cost of materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, curing, simultaneously pointing wherever requiired below ground level and above ground level etc., complete as directed including supply of all labour material and tools & plants etc complete for foundation & plinth / in Superstructure.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1 1/2 course sand 3 stone aggregate 20mm down gauge) for R.C.C. works as per drawing , curing including providing cover blocks in C.M 1:3 of required thickness complete, supply of all materials, labour tools and plants mixing laying in all levels and consolidation with required vibrator, leaving holes and opening wherever required completed as directed and as per drawing excluding reinforcement including supply of all labour, material, tools & plants etc., complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete with graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in position for all works up to plinth level including batching, mixing, laying, compacting in layers with rammer and as directed, curing & cost of centring and shuttering, supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of Tiles/ Granite/ Kota stone/ Paver block for flooring, dado with approved premium quality, brand, colour & size by this department after spreading and levelling with c.m. 1:3 and pointing with white cement of approved quality admixtured with colour pigments etc., as directed including supply of all labour, material and tools etc. complete.

Painting premium acrylic smooth exterior paint 2 coats of coat Apex Ultima / Long life (Asian/Berger) paint with primer of same brand i/c complete removal of existing paint and preparing the surface smooth to recieve paint. (For Building).

Providing and laying china mojaic water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Brick bat cement mortar when the first layer is still green. third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm and fixing pieces of 25mm X 25mm glased tiles in required slope to drain the rain water.This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)
