Providing, Fixing & Installation of various types of Glow Sign Boards, Retro Reflective Sign Boards, Acrylic Sheet Boards, Wooden Boards etc. alongwith other associated Works at 220/132KV Sub Station Pilibhit, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Glow Sign Board of size 5 ft x 8 ft duly made of 3 mm thick White Colour Acrylic Sheet and having Letters with Computer cut Self Adhesive 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Specified Colours for Sub Station Single Line Diagram on the Specified Wall inside the Control Room.

(2) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Glow Sign Board of size 12 ft x 3 ft duly made of 3 mm thick White Colour Acrylic Sheet and having Letters with Computer cut Self Adhesive 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Blue / Black Colour for Sub Station Name & Address on the Top of the Porch / Corner of the Control Room Building.

(3) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 6 ft x 4 ft duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet Face to be Fully Covered with 3M DG Cube type Retro Reflective Sheet of Yellow Colour. The Letters & Symbol shall be Computer out and in Blue Colour Board is to be Provided alongwith the Back Support Frame of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm with Provision of 2 Legs for Grouting duly Painted in Black Colour Enamel Paint and Backside of the Aluminium Sheet shall be Painted with Smoke Grey Enamel Paint, Complete in all Respect by due Grouting with Casting of C.C. Foundations.

(4) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Following Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 4 ft x 3 ft duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with side Border and with Proper Fixing Arrangement to be Fixed inside the Control Room. The Face of the Boards shall be Fully Covered with 3M Vinyl Sheet of Red Colour and having Letters Computer Cut Self Adhesive 3M Vinyl Sheet in White Colour : (a) Fire Fighting Instruction Display Board

(b) General Instruction Board

(c) Capacitor Bank Operating Instruction Board.

(d) 110 Volt DC Battery Operating Instruction

(5) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Following Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with Wooden side Beadings and with Proper Fixing Arrangement to be Fixed inside the Control Room. The Face of the Board shall be Fully Covered with 3M Vinyl Sheet of Red Colour and having Letters Computer Cut Self Adhesive 3M Vinyl Sheet in White Colour : (a) Telephone Number Board

(b) Shift Attendance / Duty Chart Board

(6) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Notice Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with Wooden side Beading, inside Covered by Velvet Cloth and 'Notice Board', Written on the Top of the Notice Board, with Proper Fixing Arrangement to be Fixed on the Wall Outside the Control Room.

(7) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Name Board of size 450 mm x 150 mm duly made of 3 mm thick White Colour Acrylic Sheet and having Letters with Computer Cut Self Adhesive 3M Vinyl Sheet in Blue Colour, with Proper Fixing Arrangement to be Fixed on the Wall Outside the various Rooms (e.g. Main Control Room, Battery Room, Committee Room, J.E. Room, Toilet, Store etc.)

(8) Providing of Shut Down / Break Down / Rostering Board of size 450 mm x 300 mm duly made of 3 mm thick White Colour Acrylic Sheet having Letters with Computer Cut Self Adhesive 3M Vinyl Sheet in Red Colour, with Proper Arrangement for Hanging the Board on C&R Panels.

(9) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Wooden 'Key Cup Board' of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with Mica Covered on all side Except the inside Face Covered by Velvet Cloth having Arrangement for Hanging of Keys, with Front Face / Door duly made of Clear Glass having Locking Arrangement and the Cup Board to be Fixed inside the Control Room.

(10) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Name Plate made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet Face to be Fully Covered with Yellow Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet and the Letters shall be Computer Cut Blue Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet. The Name Plates to be Fixed with the help of suitable size G.I. Bolts, Nuts on already Installed Transformer's / Equipment's Structures (List of Name Plate to be Provided Separately) as per Details below : (a) 300 mm x 150 mm size Name Plate for Isolators with Bay Name / Room Name

(b) 150 mm x 250 mm size Name Plate for Circuit Breaker with Bay Name / Station Transformer

(c) 500 mm x 250 mm size Name Plate for Transformer / Capacitor Bank

(11) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Retro Reflective Sign Board for Bay / Equipments of size 2 ft x 1.5 ft duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with Face to be Fully Covered with Yellow Colour 3M DG Cube type Retro Reflective Sheet and the Letters shall be Computer Cut Blue Colour 3M DG Cube type Retro Reflective Sheet. The Sign Board shall be Fixed near the Road / Equipments / Bays with the help of Frame of M.S. Angles size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm with Provision of 2 Legs for Grouting duly Painted in Black Colour Enamel Paint and Backside of the Aluminium Sheet shall be Painted with Smoke Grey Enamel / Paint, Complete in all Respect by due Grouting with Casting of C.C. Foundations.

(12) Providing, Fixing & Installation of Danger Plate of size 300 mm x 200 mm Displaying Sign of Skull and Cross Bones & Lettering of 'CAUTION 132000 Volts’ / 'lko/kku 132000 oksYV’ duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with Face to be Fully Covered with White Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet and the Letters shall be Computer Cut Red Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet. The Danger Plate to be Fixed with the help of suitable size G.I. Bolts, Nuts on already installed Equipments, Structures etc.

(13) Providing, Fixing & Installation of 'R, 'Y' & 'B' Phase Plate Set consisting of 1 Plate of Red, Yellow, Blue Colour in each Set & Plates of dia. 150 mm duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with Face to be Fully Covered in Red, Yellow & Blue Phase Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet and the Phase Plate Sets to be Fixed with the help of suitable size G.I. Bolts, Nuts, on already installed Equipments' Structures etc.
