Satisfactory completed, in at least one financial year in last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26, one similar contract of Providing manpower Services of value not less than Rs. 101.70 lakhs (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies )

Qualifications and Competence of the key professional staff-Satisfactorily completed services for providing technical manpower of total 15 No.s of value not less than Rs. 30,000/-each (Per month) or not less than Rs.3,60,000/-each (Per year) & Non technical manpower of total 20 Nos of value not less than Rs. 15,000/-each (Per month) or not less than Rs.1,80,000/-each (Per year) in any one year in last five financial years (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards/Urban local bodies )

Annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 203.40 lakhs in any one year of the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. (Attach the Consolidated Annual Financial turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by Statutory Auditor along with UDIN number

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

GST/Service Tax Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities) GST-3B returns of April-June 2025 OR Month of July - September 2025

EPF Payments Clearance Certificates from the concerned Department of any two years out of last five financial years
