Taking down old defective solar security light fitting any type for repair and replacement of brunt/ worn out accessories/ parts and refixing on its original place and testing complete all as specified.Guideline of MNRE Note : (a) Accessories/ parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only". (b) Labour charges for fixing shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply only of LED 30 Watt light for existing make complete all as specified.

Supply only Battery terminals set complete all as specified.

Supply only Batteries for solar Security light and traffic light fitting, 12 Volts, 40/50 AH, maintenance free with three years warranty complete all as specified.

Supply only Charger with PCB controller complete all as specified.

Supply only of solar panel plate complete all as specified.

Shifting of solar security light fitting one location to another location not more than 2 KM to other carefully with the help of tractor/crane incuding all towing arrangement and taking out all connections, earthing of defective parts of solar street light and connecting carefully all connection and incudingl earth work ,PCC for M-15 Type B-1 for embedding of pole, painting of pole paint as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles for solar street light/ solar traffic light, 6m long including angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping complete all as specified & directed.

Steel tubular poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified (6m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC including dismantling of old type of poles any length, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work and PCC shall be measrued and paid separately.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, stays etc. as mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Heavy duty Anti traffic light fittings complete with LED lights, blinkers and frame suitable for working 24 hours, including 12 Volt DC supply, seven days complete including taking down old unserviceable all as specified as per Guidline of MNRE

Taking down unserviceable defective smoke detector and replace with existing make and specification complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Repair of existing microprocessor based 4 zone control panel by properly replacement of bettery and rewiring of panel board to smoke detector complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable siren or hooter of existing make and capacity as per previous one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4.00 Sqmm copper conductor 3 core flat wire, FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable drawn into into existing PVC conduit connection of smoke detector to control panel with siren complete all as specified .

Opening , dismantling and taking down for replacement of unserviceable spare part of machanical laundry plant for washing mechine and dryer plant, complete servicing including testing after comissioning at site complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note for Serial Item No 20:- Replaced spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective Items of Schedule 'A' as supply only. (b) However small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/ clipings required at site for proper fuctioning of the Machanical loundary is deemed to be included in quoted rates under this item.
