Supply, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning of 58 KVA Diesel Generator Set with Acoustic Enclosure conforming to CPCB IV+ norms. The DG Set shall have the specifications as follows:- ENGINE Diesel Oil Engine with direct injection, 4 stroke vertical in line cylinders, liquid cooled with specified shaft output after reduction of power for engine Auxiliaries and when operating at a governed speed of 1500 RPM at NTP condition. The engine shall be suitable for continuous duty and shall conform to IS 10000 or other necessary standards as required. The engine shall be with Optimal Operating Efficiency that gives low emission and high efficiency. The engine shall be with all standard specifications, accessories, fittings etc. complete as required ALTERNATOR Self-excited, self-regulated, screen protected, drip proof alternator with static excitation system, capable of developing rated output at 415 V, Power Factor 0.8, Frequency 50 Hz when running at 1500 RPM at NTP conditions and conforming to IS 4722. The Alternator shall be equipped with special windings to reduce harmonics and the same shall be made with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation and epoxy gel coating etc. complete as required CONTROL PANEL Floor mounting sheet steel construction fabricated out of 1.6 mm sheets and with one / two hinged front doors of 2 mm sheet steel bolted back / sides, totally enclosed and vermin proof with the following components. 1 Nos - Genset Controller having Alternator parameters like Voltage, Frequency, Amps, KW, KVAR, PF etc. 3 Nos - 63/5A 5VA CL:1 CT or other Required Rating 1 Nos - Three Phase 4 Wire KWH Meter 1 Set - Aluminium / Copper Busbars of 63A Rating 2 Nos - Indicating lamps showing SET RUNNING and SET ON LOAD 1 Nos - 63A 10kA 4P C Curve MCB 3 Nos - Instrument Fuses 2 Nos - Earthing Studs etc. complete as required ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet with nut bolt type construction, Powder coating shall be done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal, Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of Fire Retardant foam as acoustic material, four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel etc. complete as required NOISE LEVEL 75 DB at 1 metre from the enclosure surface under free field conditions as per CPCB Norms etc. complete as required BASE FRAME Fabricated in sheet metal, rugged in construction, designed for mounting engine and alternator close coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM, having provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure, lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e., along with canopy, engine and alternator etc. complete as required FUEL TANK Removable type fuel tank with 8 hours full load running capacity fabricated out of CRCA MS sheet duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections etc. complete as required ACCESSORIES 1 Nos - Dry 12V Battery 1 Nos - Battery Charger 1 Set - Battery Leads 1 Nos - Exhaust Expansion Bellow etc. complete as required REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM DG Set shall be linked with a central monitoring data server through SIM and internet in order to view all critical indicators on mobile or laptop with alarms etc. complete as required. The scope also includes the testing of Energy Meter etc. and obtaining Test Certificates from Electrical Inspectorate. (*All Statutory fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents). The DG Set shall be provided with a standard warranty of 24 months. The scope also includes providing AMC for a period of 3 Years after the standard warranty period with a minimum of 12 visits per year for necessary checking and for doing any preventive maintenance works.

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cm making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required 4 core 10 sq mm with factory made clamp.

Supply and installation of the following CTs with NABL Certification or after getting it duly tested from Electrical Inspectorate / TMR KSEBL. The scope also includes the supply of copper sockets (banana / palm / pin / ring) including crimping for providing connections to CTs etc. complete as required. (*All Statutory / Testing fees shall be remitted by the Client / Consumer or it shall be reimbursed on the submission of supporting documents) Up to and including 125/5A CL:0.5S 5VA Resin Cast CT

Earthing with CI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long with charcoal / coke and salt etc. complete as required

Documentation, prepration and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate. Inspection Fee, Meter Testing Fee, Challan Fee, Scrutiny Fee etc.
