Contract No: Hyd Tml/LT-2020/ Ops/Calibration of Instruments due on 23.06.2020 at 15:00 hrs. a) Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in non-highlighted cells, without changing any format. b) PLEASE QUOTE ONLY in “ % “ percentage [ upto 2(two) decimal places ] within plus or minus 10 %. c) The below offer shall be exclusive of GST. d) In case of a tie between tenderers, relevant terms & conditions will be exercised without prejudices to the interest of the Corporation. e) Tenderer should clearly indicate their Name and offer in the appropriate spaces given below and not at any other place. f) Tenderer should clearly quote the lowest percentage (Plus/Minus) IN FIGURES as applicable. In case the Tenderer desires to quote ‘0% ( ZERO PERCENT) ’ / AT PAR’, then tenderer should enter 'ZERO'. The tender without expressing the %age in figures shall be rejected. g) Kindly note that the ‘Rate’ for individual work mentioned in work-schedule is calculated after application of quoted percentage on Estimated Rate. The below rate is quoted after reading all the enclosures, papers, terms and conditions, etc issued along with the tender. It is my responsibility to ensure submission of e-tender before due date and time. I have no doubts in the tender schedule, terms and conditions. The total/individual items exclusive prevailing service tax & SBC @ 14.5% .Service tax & SBC will be reimbused on submission of proof of payment. h) The above estimated rates are excluding GST. GST reimbursement will be made on actual basis against proof of payment I) I fully understand that , it is my responsibilty to ensure submission of e- tender before due date and time , I have no doubts in tender schedule , terms and conditions etc.
