Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Past Experience

Certificate of satisfactory service rendered by the firm in any of the years in the past three years issued by the Ministry / government department/ Attached Offices to Ministry/ public sector undertaking / University where the service was rendered.

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Financial Status

Firm must upload the Income Tax return for the last three years.

ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)

Others

The Tenderer must be a registered firm

Others -- Certificate of Registration of the Firm

Firm should have Trade License for operating Taxi Service

Others -- Firm should have Trade License for operating Taxi Service

Firm should have at least 10 vehicles comprising of Category-1, 2 & 3 of vehicles owned in the name of the firm, or in case of Proprietorship Firm in the name of the firm or the proprietor

Others -- Copy of the Registration Certificate of minimum of 10 vehicles Owned by the Tenderer

Firm must have PAN Registration

Others -- Copy of the PAN card of the firm

Firm must have GST Registration
